• ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ refers to the lifespan of the dog and covers the function of the product under a manufacturer’s guarantee. Damage caused by the dog, another dog or by environmental or physical activities to either the material or the hardware is not covered, e.g. chewing, rubbing on hard surfaces, beach use, etc...
• Our 'Lifetime Guarantee' covers manufacturer’s faults within the expected lifetime as subject to assessment and as determined by Australian Consumer Law.
• Use of our products for sporting or working dogs is not considered normal wear and tear.
• If the product retains its functional purpose, then minor issues from wear and tear such as fraying, loss of eyelets or colour fading are not covered. All claims must be submitted to infor@rogueroyalty.com.au in writing with images of the fault, a description of issue and an invoice number or proof of purchase.
• If your dog is prone to rubbing and/or rough on collars we recommend you select a leather collar with solid steel or brass hardware or a collar from the SupaTuff range.  Rose gold and black fittings are double plated however these fittings may scratch or chip.
• Rogue Royalty is not obliged to pay for freight or other associated costs whereby a refund or replacement is unsuccessful.

If you receive/purchase a SupaTuff® item and think it isn’t a truly quality product you will receive a full refund on the item purchase price if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

WARRANTY
Every product is handcrafted by our highly skilled team using only the highest quality materials. We give a 10-Year Warranty on the workmanship and our products are fully backed with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEEfor workmanship and quality.  If you receive your product and are not satisfied with the quality, send it back within 7 days of receipt and we provide a full refund for the cost of the product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items for change of mind/incorrect sizing must be in original sale condition, returned within 7 days of receipt and must be unworn, unused and undamaged.
2. All items are full inspected before despatch and any damage done whilst worn is beyond our control.
3. No refunds or exchanges are provided on sale/clearance items unless defective from point of sale.
4. Exchanges and returns that are not the result of our error must include a prepaid satchel (Standard or Express) with the returned item for the correct product to be sent out. Shipping costs may apply if a pre-paid parcel is not included.
5. Exchanges and returns that are a result of our error should include a parcel cost receipt for reimbursement.
6. For exchange requests that are higher/lower in value than your original purchase, our Exchanges Team will contact you to confirm the charge/refund amount before the exchange can be completed.
7. All refunds will be provided to the original method of purchase.
8. Items purchased online can be returned in store within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
9. All after care instructions must be followed to maintain warranty terms.
10. If the item upon receipt is unfit for its purpose, does not match the description or becomes faulty within a unreasonable timeframe, please contact info@rogueroyalty.com.au with your name, invoice number, a description and picture of the fault. Once we receive your parcel, the item will be assessed by our Returns Team and you will be contacted with a result.

ORDER PICKING

Our team processes orders daily and all orders are picked early in the morning and despatched by 2 pm. NOTE: Ordering the night before or early morning before 7:00 am helps us process your order.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to any address in the world. Each country determines customs or duties that may be levied on goods and your order may incur charges due to factors that are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs for rules, restrictions, or tax duties before ordering.

Rogue Royalty offers shipping insurance to cover lost deliveries or items damaged in transit. If the shipping insurance option is not chosen we are unable to insure and therefore at times unable to replace uninsured items. 

FREE SHIPPING.

Free Shipping is done at Rogue Royalty discretion. In selected FREE SHIPPING the customer acknowledges and accepts Rogue Royalty is free from any liabilities therein. 

EXPRESS/COURIER SERVICE.

Express shipping applies for orders placed before 10 am on the previous day.

Same or next-day Express services are not guaranteed when shipped to states other than NSW and may take a longer period of time.

Please note that once your order is dispatched from our premises, whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your quality Rogue Royalty item we are unable to accept liability for any issues that may relate to delivery.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian and international postal network following the Coronavirus pandemic, logistics companies have advised orders may be impacted with possible delays.

AFTER CARE 

Our quality accessories are made to provide you with many years of use. Follow our after care instructions to ensure your maintainence compliments its longevity and quality.

• Use lukewarm water with and all-purpose detergent.
• Hand wash is sufficient.
• Avoid excessive exposure to chlorine
• After beach trips rinse with fresh water
• Use a mesh bag and choose a low-temperature cycle if the washing machine 
• Never bleach 
• Use ½ cup of lemon juice with water and let it air-dry with sunray.
• air-dry. avoid drying in direct sun, on concrete or hot surface
• Avoid using dryer

Clips & General Maintenance Tips

• Clips and snaps should be checked for fine sand or dust regularly
• Avoid other dogs biting or chewing on collar or harness as this may tear the webbing and cause fraying.
• Do not leave gear lying around outside, back of trailer or constantly exposed to direct heat.
